RM Ryan Earthworks is a multi-service contractor and consultant in operation since 2011. Robert M. Ryan, P.E. is a Registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts with a background in subsurface investigations, dam engineering, and a wide range of earthwork construction. Much of our Client base are State Agencies, with the DCR Office of Dam Safety, the Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and the Department of Mental Health (DMH) being a few. We provide large-scale landscaping, mowing of dams, fall clean-ups, spring clean-ups, etc. We also provide general site maintenance activities. RM Ryan also provides small horizontal concrete and general asphalt construction services. We also provide test pit excavation services for private clients and engineering firms. Lastly, RM Ryan provides complete snow removal and management, and clients include the Department of Fire Services, New Bedford State Pier (MassDevelopment), and the Department of Mental Health.
